Welcome to the website of Dawlish Community Trust (DCT)
Dawlish Town Council's proposal to move business from The Manor House as part of a plan of Dawlish Regeneration was not an issue that emerged from the public consultations of the 'Dawlish Regeneration Group' in 2004 and 2005.
The work of the Dawlish Regeneration Group has been absorbed into the objectives of the Dawlish Community Trust. An outline of the Trust's Regeneration projects can be read in the Strategic Action Plan covering 2005 - 2015 on this website. The Action Plan was reviewed and updated in 2008 and was adopted as the Regeneration Plan for Dawlish by Dawlish Town Council on 9 April 2008.
Dawlish Community Trust (DCT) is a volunteer led group. We have no membership subscription or members list. If you are interested in the future of Dawlish and would like to contribute to the work of the Trust, please contact us and we can let you know more about the ways in which the Trust is engaged in Dawlish.
As well as general information about Dawlish Community Trust and Dawlish, this website also includes specific documents such as the Dawlish Strategic Action Plan 2005-015 and the Dawlish Town Centre Master Plan.
